AFCON 2025: Benin Confirm Final Squad For Morocco Showpiece

With just 18 days to go before the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations kicks off in Morocco, Benin have officially unveiled their squad for the continental tournament, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Cheetahs, who will be aiming to make a strong impression on Africa’s biggest stage, head into the competition placed in a challenging Group D, where they will face Senegal, DR Congo, and Botswana. 

Head coach Gernot Rohr and technical staff finalised the list after weeks of assessment, as Benin look to build momentum and push for a place in the knockout rounds.

With preparations now in full swing, the West African side will be hoping their blend of experience and youthful talent can deliver a historic AFCON campaign.
