With less than five months to the start of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2025 in Morocco, excitement is already building across the continent, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

That excitement has been amplified after images of what appears to be the official match ball for the tournament surfaced online on Monday evening.

The leaked photos, which quickly went viral on social media platforms, show a sleek design featuring Morocco’s national colours, red, green, and white, blended with bold patterns that reflect African artistry.

The ball also bears the AFCON 2025 tournament logo, further fueling speculation that this is the final version to be unveiled by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) and its technical partners in the coming weeks.
