AFCON 2025: Tanzania Coach Praises Super Eagles’ Quality

Ahead of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, Tanzania’s head coach, Hemed Suleiman, has praised the strength and attacking quality of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Tanzania will compete in Group C alongside Nigeria, Tunisia, and Uganda — a pool many consider one of the toughest in the tournament.

Speaking in an interview with CAF, Suleiman admitted that facing Nigeria will be a major challenge given their depth and offensive prowess.

“Nigeria is full of attacking talent and lethal creativity. They punish lapses in concentration,” he said.

The coach also noted that each team in Group C brings its own unique qualities, making the group highly competitive.

Nigeria will head into the 2025 AFCON as one of the tournament favourites, having finished as runners-up in the previous edition.
