The Confederation of African Football (Confederation of African Football) has dismissed Yassine Osman Robleh from his position as head of its judicial bodies following the controversies that trailed the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations final.

Robleh, a Djiboutian football administrator, had served in the role for six years before his removal was confirmed, BSNSports.com.ng reports 

His dismissal is reportedly connected to the disciplinary decisions taken after incidents involving Senegalese players during the final between Morocco national football team and Senegal national football team.

The final of the Africa Cup of Nations was overshadowed by post-match controversies, with reports of misconduct and altercations that led to disciplinary reviews by CAF’s judicial panel. 

The rulings that followed generated mixed reactions across the continent, with some stakeholders questioning the severity and consistency of the sanctions imposed.
