BAL 2026 Playoff: RSSB Set Up Final Clash Against Petro De Luanda

The stage is set for the final of the 2026 Basketball Africa League (BAL) Playoffs after Rwanda’s RSSB and Angola’s Petro De Luanda secured their places in the championship game, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Eight teams from the Sahara and Kalahari Conferences converged on the BK Arena in Kigali for the playoff showdown, with the competition producing thrilling encounters.

Host side RSSB stunned Egyptian giants Al Ahly in the semi-final to book their place in the final, while Petro De Luanda edged past Libya’s Al Ahly Ly in the other semi-final clash.

RSSB will now hope to complete their impressive run with victory in front of their home fans, while Petro De Luanda will aim to add another BAL title to their impressive record.

The final will come up on the 31st of May at the BK Arena in Kigali.
