Central African Republic Recall Remo Stars' Kolimba for International Friendlies

Remo Stars goalkeeper Jojo Alladoum Kolimba has been recalled to the Central African Republic national team following the conclusion of the 2025/26 Nigeria Premier Football League season, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The experienced shot-stopper has linked up with the Wild Beasts in Morocco ahead of upcoming international friendly matches against Togo and Angola as the Central African Republic continues preparations for future continental assignments.
Kolimba recently completed a move to Remo Stars after establishing himself as one of the most dependable goalkeepers in Nigerian domestic football. Prior to joining the NPFL champions, he featured for Wikki Tourists and Union Sportive du Guira, earning recognition for his consistency and commanding performances between the posts.
The goalkeeper enjoyed a particularly impressive spell with Katsina United, where he recorded 16 clean sheets in 36 appearances. His performances also earned him multiple Man of the Match awards, underlining his reputation as one of the league’s standout goalkeepers.
Now back on the international stage, Kolimba will be aiming to translate his wealth of NPFL experience into strong performances for the Central African Republic as the team builds towards upcoming CAF competitions.
His recall is a further testament to the growing recognition of talents competing in the Nigeria Premier Football League and highlights the continued impact of the domestic league on the international football landscape.
