Cissé Set To Take Over Angola Vacant Head Coach Position

Former Aliou Cissé is on the verge of being appointed as the new head coach of the Angola national football team, following advanced negotiations with the Angolan Football Federation, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Cissé, who recently parted ways with the Libya national football team, has emerged as the leading candidate to fill the vacant managerial position. 

Sources close to the negotiations indicate that discussions between both parties have reached an advanced stage, with an agreement expected to be finalized soon.

The former Senegal national football team handler is widely regarded for his tactical discipline and leadership qualities, having guided Senegal to continental success and global recognition during his tenure.

Angola are keen to secure the services of the experienced tactician as they aim to strengthen their squad and improve performances in upcoming international competitions.

An official announcement is expected from the federation in the coming days once final terms are agreed.
