Golden Eaglets Commence WAFU B Build-Up With China Training Tour

Nigeria's Golden Eaglets are expected to embark on a seven-day training tour of China next week as preparations intensify for upcoming international competitions, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Reports indicate that the squad will comprise a mix of recently invited players and a number of promising U-15 talents who are eligible to feature for the country's U-17 national team.

The tour is expected to provide the coaching crew with an important opportunity to assess emerging players, strengthen team cohesion and expose the young squad to a competitive international environment.

In addition to training sessions, the trip is anticipated to offer the players valuable match experience against quality opposition, helping to accelerate their development and readiness for future assignments with the national team.

The Golden Eaglets are currently camped in Abuja, where they have commenced preparations for the forthcoming West Africa Football Union (WAFU) B Boys Championship.
