Kano Pillars: Evans Ogenyi Targets Pre-Season Tourney To Assess Players

Newly appointed Kano Pillars Technical Adviser, Evans Ogenyi, has set his sights on using the upcoming 4th Gusau/Ahlan pre-season tournament to assess his players, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Kano Pillars will join sixteen top-tier teams from the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, Nigeria National League, NNL, and the Nationwide League One, NLO, divisions for the tournament.

According to Ogenyi, "We would use the tournament to properly assess the team and make adjustments where necessary as kick off date of the League is around the corner."

He equally assured fans of the Sai Masu Gida side to "expect a team that will play total football that they will be proud of."
