NNL Sets October 31 Kickoff Date For 2026/27 Season

The Nigeria National League (NNL) has announced Saturday, October 31, 2026, as the official kickoff date for the 2026/2027 season, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The new campaign will commence with a star match between Heartland FC and Crown FC on October 31. All other Matchday 1 fixtures are scheduled to take place across the weekend of November 7, 2026.

With the new season fast approaching, participating clubs are expected to step up their preparations as the NNL sets the stage for another competitive campaign.

The league is expected to provide another platform for clubs and players to compete for promotion and establish themselves in Nigeria's second-tier professional football competition.
