NPFL: Austin Lauds Warri Wolves Players For Sticking To Game Plan

Warri Wolves head coach, Johnny Austin, has praised his players for executing the game plan perfectly in their 1-1 draw against Bendel Insurance, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The encounter, played at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium on Saturday, saw Alex Owolaiyefe put the hosts ahead before Othuke Egbo restored parity for the visiting Wolves.

Speaking after the match, Austin applauded his team’s discipline and focus throughout the encounter.

“I must commend my boys; they always play to instructions, and that has been key to our strong performances away from home,” the coach said.

“We knew Bendel Insurance would be tough opponents, but we’re satisfied with the point earned here in Benin City.”
