NPFL: Babaganaru Confident Kano Pillars Will Bounce Back
Sampson Adedeji
Following a series of disappointing results, newly appointed Kano Pillars head coach, Mohammad Babaganaru, has expressed confidence that the team will soon return to winning ways, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The Sai Masu Gida suffered a 2-0 defeat to Niger Tornadoes at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium on Saturday — their third consecutive game without a win.
Kano Pillars currently sit at the bottom of the NPFL table with just five points from nine matches.
Despite the club’s struggles, Babaganaru remains optimistic about turning things around.
“It was a very disappointing result and something I never expected,” Babaganaru told NPFL Live.
“We will stay focused and work hard to take the team out of this situation. I see it as a temporary setback, and I’m confident we will recover.”
