In a bid to strengthen its administrative structure and enhance operational efficiency, the management of Kwara United has appointed Barrister Ibrahim Abiola as the Senior Special Assistant on Special Duties to the club chairman, Kumbi Titiloye, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The appointment is part of ongoing efforts by the Ilorin-based side to reposition the club for greater success both on and off the pitch.
Despite their early exit from the CAF Confederation Cup in the first preliminary round, the Afonja Warriors have shown renewed determination in the ongoing Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.
Barr. Abiola confirmed his appointment on Tuesday via his social media handle, expressing gratitude and excitement for the new role.
“I’m honored to announce my appointment as Senior Special Assistant on Special Duties to the Chairman of Kwara United, Mr. Kumbi Titiloye.
"I’m excited to support the Chairman with special assignments, operational coordination, and the execution of key projects to elevate the club’s success and value. My heartfelt gratitude to the Chairman for this opportunity. I am committed to delivering my best and justifying the trust placed in me,” he wrote.
Kwara United’s management believes the appointment will further strengthen the club’s administrative operations and contribute to achieving its long-term goals.
