NPFL: Obasogie Reacts To Bendel Insurance Return ‎

‎Super Eagles goalkeeper Amas Obasogie has expressed his delight at returning to Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side Bendel Insurance, BSNSports.com.ng reports. ‎ ‎

The shot-stopper previously represented the Benin Arsenal before leaving the club a few seasons ago in search of a new challenge. ‎ ‎

Obasogie has now opted to return to the Edo-based club, describing the move as a homecoming and an opportunity to continue his development with greater experience. ‎

 ‎“Back to where part of my journey began,” the goalkeeper wrote on Instagram. ‎

‎“Sometimes, life takes you away so you can grow, learn, and become stronger. Today, I’m grateful for the opportunity to return to my former team not just as a player, but with more experience, hunger, and determination. ‎

 ‎“I’m ready to give my all for the badge, the team, and the supporters. Back home, back to work. Let the journey continue.” ‎ ‎

Obasogie will be expected to bring his experience to Bendel Insurance as the club prepares for the new NPFL season. ‎ ‎
