NPFL: We Remain Optimistic On Winning The Title – Nasarawa United Technical Adviser

The technical adviser of Nasarawa United has expressed strong belief that the team can still clinch the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) title despite stiff competition from rival contenders, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Solid Miners boosted their title hopes last weekend with a convincing 3-0 victory over Warriors Wolves, returning to winning ways at a crucial stage of the season.

However, Nasarawa United remain behind league leaders Rangers International and Rivers United on the NPFL standings, with just three matches left to conclude the current campaign.

Reacting after the victory, the club’s technical adviser acknowledged the challenge posed by their title rivals but maintained confidence in his team’s chances.

“We’re worried that our title contenders are also winning their games away".

" We still have a lot of work to do with the remaining three matches left to end the current campaign to enable us achieve our goals,” he stated.

With the title race entering its decisive phase, Nasarawa United will need to maintain consistency while hoping for slip-ups from their closest rivals to keep their championship dream alive.
