NPFL 26: "I Am Ready To Give My Best At Nasarawa United" - Ovunda

Nigeria league champion and newly-signed goalkeeper for Nasarawa United, Darlintin Ovunda has declared his readiness to give his best at the Lafia-based side, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The former Rivers United, Shooting Stars, Heartland FC and Akwa United shotstopper was among the players that were recently unveiled for the 2025/2026 season.

Ovunda expressed excitement and eagerness to contribute to the success of the club and assured fans of the Solid Miners of his commitment to perform his task as a goalkeeper.

He said: "This is a new stage of my professional career. I look forward to a better outing with Nasarawa United compared with the previous one."

Nasarawa United will kick-off their campaign against fellow North Central rivals, Niger Tornadoes at the Ilorin Township Stadium in a rescheduled game billed for Wednesday, August 27, 2025.
