NPFL 26: Kun Khalifat's Uzoho Targets Redemption Against Kwara United

Head Coach of Kun Khalifat FC, Obinna Uzoho has disclosed that his squad's objective ahead of the matchday three fixture of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) against Kwara United is to recover from the 1-2 loss against defending champions Remo Stars, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Kun Khalifat FC will battle Kwara United at the Rashidi Yekini Mainbowl of the George Innih Stadium, Ilorin, on Sunday, 7th September, 2025.

Uzoho is confident and has vowed to put up a strong fight against the Afonja Warriors.

Uzoho emphasized the importance of resilience and determination from The Pride of Imo State.

Speaking to Kun Khalifat FC Media, he said, "We will go out there and look for a good result knowing we lost at home and must get a point or points. I've charged my players to maintain discipline and composure. We must create, take our chances, and secure a positive result. We owe it to ourselves and our fans."

With only one point from their two opening fixtures, KKFC needs a win in this game.
