Nani Confirms Okoye’s Return For Udinese

Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye has rejoined Udinese’s first-team squad after serving his suspension, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The towering shot-stopper was sidelined due to a betting-related investigation but has since been cleared of any wrongdoing.

Udinese Technical Director Nani confirmed Okoye’s return to the fold, emphasizing that the final decision on his playing time rests with the coach.

“We welcome Maduka back,” Nani told Tuttoudinese.

 “The choices are up to the coach, who has maximum freedom. "

Udinese will next face Cremonese in a Serie A clash on Monday, October 20.
