Ndidi Scores in Beşiktaş Win Over Konyaspor

Nigeria’s Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi opened his goal account in the Turkish Super Lig as Beşiktaş secured a 2-0 victory over Konyaspor, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

Ndidi, who joined the Turkish giants last summer following the expiration of his contract with Leicester City, delivered an impressive performance in midfield and capped it with a well-taken goal. 

Playing away at the Konya Büyükşehir Stadium on Wednesday night, Ndidi broke the deadlock in the 21st minute, finishing calmly after a swift attacking move. 

England international Tammy Abraham sealed the win for the visitors with a fine strike in the 76th minute, ensuring Beşiktaş claimed all three points on the road.

The victory further strengthens Beşiktaş’s position in the league as they continue their push for the top spot this season.
