Bayern Munich midfielder Jamal Musiala has provided fans with a fresh glimpse into his rehabilitation process, combining fitness updates with a nod to his cultural background, BSNSports.om.ng reports.

The 22-year-old has been out of action since July after sustaining a broken leg and dislocated ankle during a FIFA Club World Cup clash against Paris Saint-Germain, according to All Nigeria Soccer.

Musiala took to X to post images of an individual training session, signalling steady progress as he works toward a full return. The photos showed the German international pushing through conditioning exercises, reflecting encouraging improvement following months on the sidelines.

In a second image, Musiala showcased a plate of Nigerian dishes pounded yam and egusi soup highlighting his connection to his paternal heritage. The post, captioned “Day by day,” blended his recovery journey with a personal expression of identity, resonating with fans across multiple cultures.

Born in Germany to a Nigerian father and German mother, Musiala spent part of his childhood in England before returning to Germany to advance his football development. Now one of Bayern’s brightest young talents, his return to full fitness will be a major boost for the Bundesliga giants.
