Nwabali's Former Club Hit With FIFA Transfer Ban Over Unpaid Salaries

South African side Chippa United, former club of Super Eagles goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali, has been handed a transfer ban by FIFA over unpaid salaries, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The sanction comes after the club failed to comply with a FIFA directive to settle outstanding payments owed to former head coach Luc Eymael.
According to reports, Chippa United missed the 45-day deadline issued by FIFA to clear the debt, prompting the governing body to impose the transfer restriction.
The ban means the club will be unable to register new players until the financial obligations are fully settled, a development that could significantly affect their squad planning ahead of the new season.
Nwabali, who previously featured for the club, left Chippa United in January and has since moved on with his career.
