Onuachu Wins Turkish Super Lig Player Of The Month Award

Trabzonspor forward Paul Onuachu has been named the Turkish Super Lig Player of the Month for October, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The towering Nigerian striker outshone eight other nominees including Rafa Silva, Andre Onana, Milan Skriniar, Marco Asensio, Orkun Kokcu, Ederson Moraes, Wilfred Singo, and Davinson Sanchez to claim the prestigious award.

Onuachu netted two goals and provided one assist in three league appearances during the month, helping Trabzonspor remain unbeaten with two wins and a draw.

The 31-year-old has been in outstanding form this season, already winning the Goal of the Month award twice. He has so far scored seven goals and registered one assist in 11 league matches for the Black Sea Storm.
