Katsina United defender Chinedu Ozor has reportedly shown signs of movement after initially being feared dead following a medical emergency, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Reliable sources from his former club, Heartland FC, said that Ozor was moved from the mortuary back to the hospital after reportedly showing signs of movement.

The defender is currently said to be on oxygen, with medical personnel working to revive and stabilise him.

Ozor reportedly collapsed earlier on Monday while Katsina United were involved in a match against Niger Tornadoes.

The football community continues to hope and pray for the defender’s recovery.
