President Federation Cup Champions: Kwara United Players Get N5m Each

Kwara State Governor, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, has approved a N5m reward for each player and member of the technical crew of Kwara United for winning the 2025 President Federation Cup, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Harmony Boys clinched the historic victory after edging Abakaliki FC 4-3 on penalties in the June final, marking their first-ever triumph in Nigeria’s oldest football competition.

As a result of the win, the Ilorin-based club will represent Nigeria in the CAF Confederation Cup next season.

Governor Abdulrazaq’s generous reward is expected to serve as a major morale booster for the team as they aim for more success in the coming campaign.
