South Africa Appointed Mosimane As Head Coach

South African football has welcomed the return of experienced tactician Pitso Mosimane, who has been appointed as the new head coach of the national team, Bafana Bafana, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The South African Football Association (SAFA) has officially confirmed the appointment of the 62-year-old coach, marking another chapter in Mosimane’s illustrious career with the national side.

Mosimane, who previously led Bafana Bafana, will now be tasked with restoring the team to the top of African football.

His immediate major assignment will be to guide South Africa through the qualifying campaign and secure a place at the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) finals.

The experienced coach brings a wealth of knowledge to the position, having enjoyed considerable success at both domestic and continental levels.

Bafana Bafana will hope that Mosimane’s return can usher in a successful new era for the national team.
