Stellenbosch FC Release Super Eagles Defender Olisa Ndah
Sampson Adedeji
Stellenbosch FC have officially parted ways with Nigerian international defender Olisa Ndah following the conclusion of the 2025/2026 South African Premier League season, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The club announced the departure of the 27-year-old centre-back as part of a major squad overhaul, confirming that Ndah and 12 other players will not be retained for the upcoming campaign.
Ndah joined Stellenbosch during the winter transfer window after leaving Orlando Pirates, hoping to secure more regular first-team football.
However, his spell at the club proved brief, and the management has decided against extending his stay as they reshape the squad ahead of the new season.
The former Akwa United player, who has represented Nigeria’s Super Eagles, is now expected to explore opportunities with other clubs as he searches for a new destination for the 2026/2027 season.
This move marks the end of Ndah’s short chapter with Stellenbosch FC, where he was unable to establish himself as a regular starter despite his pedigree as a Nigerian international defender.
