Nigerian sprinter Udodi Onwuzurike finished second in the men’s 200m at the International Wiesław Maniak Memorial in Poland, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

Onwuzurike clocked 20.26 seconds with a -0.8m/s headwind to secure the runner-up position in the event.

American Brandon Hicklin claimed victory after running 20.24 seconds, narrowly edging the Nigerian by 0.02 seconds.

The performance adds another strong result to Onwuzurike’s season as he continues to compete on the international athletics circuit
