Millwall winger Femi Azeez delivered a match-winning performance for Nigeria in the semi-final of the Unity Cup after scoring twice in a 2-0 victory over Zimbabwe, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The exciting attacker was the standout performer at the Valley Ground in London as he inspired the Super Eagles to a comfortable win and a place in the final.

Azeez opened the scoring as early as the fifth minute, giving Nigeria the perfect start against the Southern Africans.

The skillful winger continued to trouble the Zimbabwean defence throughout the encounter with his pace and direct attacking play.

The 24-year-old completed his brace in the second half to seal the victory for Nigeria and cap an impressive individual display.

Nigeria maintained control for most parts of the game as the team comfortably held on to secure passage into the final of the competition.
