President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Nigeria's Super Falcons for emerging winners of the WAFCON 2024, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

The President, who spoke with the team shortly after staging an incredible comeback against Morocco said he will honour the team upon their return to Nigeria.

 "I just spoke with our Super Falcons. On behalf of all Nigerians—at home, in Morocco, and worldwide—I told them how proud we are. They have lifted our spirits with their brilliance, resilience, and unity.

 "We are very, very happy. I look forward to welcoming them home soon."
