WAFCON 2024: We’re Ready To Shock Nigeria — Tunisia Coach

Tunisia Women’s National Team head coach, Kamel Saada, has issued a bold statement ahead of the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON), warning their group opponents to expect surprises, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The North African side has been drawn in Group B alongside Nigeria’s Super Falcons, Algeria, and Botswana.

Speaking to CAF media, Saada acknowledged the challenge of facing a powerhouse like Nigeria but insisted his team is ready for the task.

“It’s a tough group. Everyone knows the strength and quality of Nigeria,” Saada stated.

 “Algeria is improving quickly, and Botswana can’t be underestimated either.”

“We are not taking any opponent lightly. We’ll need to stay disciplined, focused, and play smart, cohesive football if we want to cause an upset.”

“Our preparations have been serious, and we believe surprises are possible,” he added.
