FCT FA Donates N.3m, Kits To Referees

The football governing body in the Federal Capital Territory on Saturday donated the sum of Three hundred thousand (N300,000) and five bags of referee kits to the FCT Football Referee Council, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

The donation and financial support was made at the Annual General Meeting of the FCT referee council held at Old Parade Ground, Area 10, Abuja.

In order to improve the performance of the referees on digital and technical skills, the FCT FA Chairman, Alh Mohammed Muktar promised to partner with the Council to sponsor some of them on training on acquiring the skills on the new development.

Major stakeholders from all walks of life were present at the AGM, among which are; Deputy President, Nigeria Referee Association, Hon. Sani Zubairu, NRA Deputy Secretary, Col. Nicholas Achikasim, North Central Referee Coordinator, His Royal Highness, Emir of Akwanga, Yamusa, FCT FA Secretary General, Haruna Usman Ilerika to mention but few.

Chairman, FCT Referee Council, Hashimu Adamu thanked the FCT FA Chairman for the kind gestrue and support as other guests also showered praises on the hard working Chairman of the FCT FA.
